Shipping
+ Shipping for all Canadian orders over $150.00 is Free! All other shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on weight. We promise to always pass on our postal rates to you directly.
+ We are currently working on a 1 week turn around time once an order is placed. We will do our best to meet this timeline, however we are a small shop with limited resources. You will receive an email once your purchase has shipped.
+ Due to ongoing postal delays, we cannot guarantee shipping timelines.
Returns/Exchanges
+ We will happily accept unwashed and unworn apparel for exchange or return for shop credit within 30 days of purchase.
+ If you are unhappy with your purchase, please use our contact form or email us at hello@askandknock.ca with your name, order number and item you would like to exchange or return for shop credit.
+ Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange and send you a new item or issue a shop credit. Please note, that shipping costs associated with returning an item will be your responsibility.
Wash & Care Instructions
+ We recommend all our apparel be washed inside out, in cold water with like colours and hung to dry to maintain the quality and life of the item.
+ Pigment dye items are all unique due to the colouring process. Please note that colours may run/transfer in the wash, so washing with like colours is particularly important.
+ Our toques should be hand washed and hung to dry, however Keith has been known to put them in the washer with cold water and hung to dry. These items are not dryer friendly.
+ Each item is individually and custom printed. Due to the nature of some fabrics, the wear from one item to the next may vary.
